We have attempted to contact this customer to obtain pictures and additional information and have received no response. It is our best guess that this customer does not have the bag attached properly. It is extremely simple but, this is the only explanation as to why their bags aren’t staying open. We explain how to attach the bags in an email when the item is shipped.
Our shipping tickets are printed when our items are boxed an awaiting pick-up. Our “shipment sent!” email including pictures and instructions does not go to the customer until the unit is shipped.
We spend a lot of time using our products and investing in strong material to build a beautiful product. We use our own products in our home to ensure they will perform the way we say they will. Aside from actually using the products we build, we feel there is no better way to put more thought into solving any problems that might arise. If there is a problem, we feel between 3 teenagers and 2 adults, we are going to discover it.
